CONTACT
Ben is a graphic artist, web designer and illustrator and draws regular editorial cartoons for Virginia newspapers. In 2007, Ben's "Today We Are All Hokies" tribute to the victims of the Virginia Tech shooting tragedy (click here to view tribute cartoon) became a national phenomenon, appearing on blogs, websites, newspapers, t-shirts, and national television programs across the nation. This cartoon was nominated for a Pulitzer Prize and is now part of the archives of the Newseum in Washington D.C. Ben lives in central Virginia. When he isn't drawing or designing, Ben enjoys good books, good conversation and the outdoors. Over all, Ben is a sinner saved by the amazing grace of the author of good humor, Jesus Christ. Ben sincerely hopes that this grace also extends to the humor in his cartoons.
